Purpose Performing our recruitment activities, incl. collecting and verifying data about you and your profile, and connecting you with the right employers.

Purpose Informing you about job opportunities
Legal Basis Our legitimate interest to carry on and develop our business. This instance includes “direct marketing”, i.e. using your email address to send you communications regarding opportunities you might be interested in, because already have been working together. You always have the opportunity to oppose to such communications (see article 6).
Your express consent when you request such information without working with us. Once you gave your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
Purpose Keeping you posted about the development of the activities of DBM & CO.
Legal Basis Our legitimate interest to carry on and develop our business. Categories of Personal Data processed by DBM & CO
We process different types of Personal Data depending on our relationship with you.
If you are a candidate:
We must process the Personal Data that will allow us to provide our services, i.e. assess whether you match a determined role profile and connect you with potential employers. These Personal Data may include:
· Contact details (name, first name, address, phone and email);
· Nationality, date of birth, sex/gender and marital status;
· Photograph;
· Curriculum vitae (education, employment and interests);
· Financial information (current remuneration);
· Any additional information provided by you voluntarily;
· Any additional information obtained through references;
In general, such Personal Data is provided by you or obtained from publicly available sources and websites (including social networks such as LinkedIn).
If you consent to such processing, we may also process data obtained from third parties (including former employers, colleagues, or business relations). When you mention a reference on your CV, you are deemed to consent to the processing of Personal Data originating from that source.
If you are a client:
We must process the Personal Data that will allow us to provide the agreed services and manage our contractual relationship with you. These Personal Data may include:
· Contact details (name, first name, address, phone and email);
· Information regarding your interactions with us (contracts, attendance to our events, …);
· Financial and bank information (bank account, credit history and other financial information).
Recipients of the Personal Data and transfer to other countries
For the purposes described in Article 2, we may transfer your Personal Data to third parties (the « recipients »):
· As a candidate, Personal Data will be shared with our clients, i.e. potential employers looking for profiles like yours;
· Third-party service providers, particularly IT and hosting providers.
Your Personal Data are stored in Belgium or another European Economic Area country.
Your Personal Data shall never be shared with business partners for commercial purposes unless you consent thereto.
Duration of the storage of the Personal Data
We will keep your Personal Data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which they are processed.
Your rights concerning your Personal Data
You have the following rights concerning your Personal Data:
Right of access
You have the right to obtain confirmation from DBM & Co as to whether or not Personal Data concerning you are being processed and, where that is the case, access to the Personal Data and information regarding their processing.

You have the right to obtain the rectification of inaccurate Personal Data and to have incomplete Personal Data completed.
Right to erasure
You have the right to obtain the erasure of Personal Data concerning you when there is no longer a reason to process them.

You have the right to request a restriction of processing. In this case, we can only store your data without any other processing.

You have the right to object to processing Personal Data concerning you. You can always object to their processing when your Personal Data is processed for direct marketing.
